Digital Content Access
Our digital products—including courses, memberships, WellPact subscriptions, e-books, and downloadable content—are non-refundable once delivered, as they are instantly accessible and cannot be returned.

Mensch Chef is not responsible for access issues due to user error, device compatibility, or failure to follow the provided instructions. Kit Delivery
The responsibility for kit delivery lies with the courier and the shipping details you provide at purchase. Mensch Chef is not liable for missed deliveries due to courier handling but will assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
